Terms and Conditions

  1. Please contact Quality Plating Co. with any questions, concerns, or clarifications regarding this order within 10 days of receipt.
  2. If any work regarding this order is outsourced to a sub-tier supplier, all requirements of this order, including customer requirements shall be flowed down and made available in order to achieve desired results from all sources.
  3. Suppliers must receive our authorization prior to outsourcing or relocating any services.
  4. Quality Plating Co., our customers, and any regulatory agencies do have the right to visit the supplier’s facility in order to review all processes and documentation associated with an order.
  5. A certificate of conformance must accompany each shipment.
  6. Supplier is responsible for maintaining all process and conformance documentation regarding product/services provided for a minimum of 10 years.
  7. Should it be determined that a supplier is responsible for the root cause of a problem, they are responsible for answering corrective action request on incident in a timely effective manner.
  8. Calibration Services: The supplier will submit evidence of certification that the item being calibrated is in compliance with the requirements of MIL-STD-45662A, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012 and/or ISO 17025. Supplies shall maintain the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable calibration system capable of insuring the accuracy of all measuring equipment utilized.
  9. Testing Facilities: Supplier must maintain a documented quality system that is compliant to the requirements of AS9100/ISO 9001/ISO17025.
  10. Supplier shall immediately notify Quality Plating Co. of nonconforming product and obtain approval for product disposition.
  11. Supplier shall notify Quality Plating Co. of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain approval.
